Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, I have dedicated my services to helping clients in the Cincinnati, Ohio, and surrounding areas.
I grew up in West Chester, Ohio, and graduated from Lakota High School in 1981. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1986, and graduated from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1989.
In 1993, I became a solo practitioner, and began focusing solely on domestic relations law and probate law. For over 28 years I have practiced continuously in these areas of law so that I can properly and confidently guide my clients to the perfect resolution.
Focusing solely in these areas of law for so many years has also allowed me to develop many professional relationships which further allows me to assist my clients in their best interests.

In 1994, I received my certificate in paralegal studies from the Cincinnati School of Business. Shortly thereafter, I started my job with Attorney Dan Atwood and I continue to work with him over 23 years later. My role is to assist Mr. Atwood and to enable him to represent you to the best of his ability.
From the beginning, I quickly found I enjoyed working for a solo attorney as opposed to a large law firm, and more specifically, Mr. Atwood himself. We are able to give our clients the attention they deserve. I also found family law and estate administration to be rewarding in helping our clients through a difficult time they are facing in their life.
I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio; when I am not working, I am an avid sports fan and enjoy rooting on our home teams. Go Reds, Bengals and Bearcats!
